Wedding Photography AgreementThis agreement is made between LiamGast Photography (“Photographer”, “we”, “us”) and the undersigned client(s) (“Client”, “you”) regarding the wedding photography services provided on the date and location specified below.

1. Booking and DepositA £300 non refundable deposit is required to secure your wedding date. The deposit must be paid at the time of booking unless a written agreement states otherwise. Without the deposit, we cannot guarantee availability for your date. The remaining balance is due 28 days before your wedding date.

2. Insurance and LiabilityLiamGast Photography is a fully insured professional business and holds Public Liability Insurance. While we take every reasonable care to deliver your photography service professionally and responsibly, we are not liable for unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g. extreme weather, illness, technical failure, etc.). In the event of illness or emergency, we will do everything in our power to arrange a suitable replacement photographer.

3. Changes and UpdatesYou confirm that all the details provided to us are correct at the time of signing. If any details change (such as venue, timings, or contact information), you must inform us in writing as soon as possible.

4. Final Images and EditingYour professionally edited photographs will be delivered via an online gallery at www.liamgastphotography.com. You can choose whether to keep your gallery private or public. If you request re editing of your delivered images, this will incur an additional fee, to be agreed upon at the time of the request. Editing does not include body reshaping, object removal, or extensive retouching unless specifically agreed in writing.

5. Wedding Book (If Applicable)If your package includes a wedding book, you must submit your chosen images within 2 weeks of receiving your final gallery. You will receive a sample book containing thumbnails of all final images, please clearly mark your selected images. If we do not receive your selection within the 2 week window and no alternative deadline has been agreed, the book offer will expire.

6. Copyright and UsageLiamGast Photography retains full copyright of all images. You are granted personal usage rights for sharing and printing your images. Images may be used by LiamGast Photography for promotional purposes, including website, social media, portfolio, and marketing materials, unless you notify us in writing that you do not wish your images to be used.

7. Cancellation PolicyCancellations must be made at least 12 months before the wedding date to avoid further charges. If you cancel within 12 months of the wedding, the following fees apply:6 to 12 months notice: 50 percent of the remaining balanceLess than 6 months notice: 100 percent of the remaining balanceIn the rare case that we must cancel due to severe illness, accident, or other emergency, all money paid including the deposit will be fully refunded, and every effort will be made to recommend a trusted replacement. Events outside either party’s control (force majeure, natural disasters, pandemics, etc.) will be dealt with in a fair and reasonable manner.

8. TimelinesTurnaround time for edited photos is typically 6 to 8 weeks from your wedding date, though delays may occur during peak seasons. We will keep you updated on progress and notify you when your gallery is ready.

10. MealsThe Photographer does not require a meal to be provided on the wedding day. No meal breaks are required unless otherwise agreed in writing.

11. Coverage and TimingsPhotography coverage begins and ends at the times agreed in advance. The Photographer is not responsible for missed images or reduced coverage due to delays, timeline changes, venue restrictions, guest interference, or circumstances beyond our control.Additional coverage may be available on the day at the Photographer’s discretion and may incur additional charges.

12. Travel and AccommodationTravel within England and Wales is included unless otherwise stated.Where overnight accommodation is required due to distance, early start times, or late finishes, this is typically included within the agreed package price.Weddings taking place outside England and Wales may incur additional charges for travel, accommodation, and associated expenses. Any additional costs will be discussed and agreed in writing prior to booking.

13. Postponements and Date ChangesIf the Client needs to postpone or change their wedding date, the deposit may be transferred to a new date subject to availability. If the Photographer is unavailable for the new date, the change will be treated as a cancellation and the cancellation policy will apply.14. Data ProtectionPersonal data supplied by the Client will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR regulations and will only be used for purposes related to delivering the photography services.
